Alchemy and Bath Potion Products
All alchemy and Bath Potion products are non-returnable, and all sales are final. Mantra☽en believes in the quality of its products, and as with any hygiene products, if you simply try it and don’t like it, that’s a personal opinion. Please review the products with pictures of dissatisfaction in the form below and Mantra☽en will review it and try to provide the best solution.
If a product arrives DAMAGED/BROKEN
If product arrives damaged or broken, Mantra☽en will absolutely send a new product immediately, with pictures to show damage, pictures must be taken of the damaged or broken product and the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, this will ensure that the delivery service did not delay the delivery or any other shipping issues that may occur, pictures are to be submitted immediately upon delivery and submitted in the damaged form below.
MantraDolls
There are no returns/refunds on Mantra Dolls since they are custom made, and consultation is held prior to curating and shipping. Mantra☽en cannot make wishes come true, therefore these products are designed to guide and teach you unique ways of ritual practice, not to legally advise you or clinically heal. Mantra☽en is not a doctor. It provides spiritually engaging novelty items to enjoy the colorful side of ritual practice and prayer. If there is serious dissatisfaction please use the feedback form below, and Mantra☽en will do its best to rectify the issue and do what is right.
These products are not FDA approved and do not cure sickness and should not be used to replace any medical treatment prescribed by a doctor.

CONSULTATION AND REIKI /FITNESS APPOINTMENTS
All consults are non refundable.
If the appointment must be cancelled, it’s required to do so 48 HOURS in advance.
If you exceed that time any reiki/fitness session that is cancelled will be charged half.
WORKSHOP POLICY
All workshops deposits are non refundable. Partial refund will be given for workshop cancellations which will equal (deposit + supplies) – full cost = refund.
They may be cancelled or rescheduled 7 days prior to workshop.
Rescheduling will result in a $50 additional cost to cover any studio rental fees for rescheduling.
